A clear process with fixed timelines, from signature until the professional joins the team.
Contract signature and initial payment
Before the search starts, the contract is signed and the initial payment is made: the first month of service plus the deposit, which covers the last month.
Candidates within 48–72 h
We source profiles for each technology and seniority in the team and present them within 48–72 hours.
Initial interview
The client can interview the candidates before the start date to validate fit and expectations.
Start in at least 7 days
The professional joins at least 7 days after contracting, with a margin of at least 5+1 business days.
15-day trial period
If the profile does not fit during its first 15 days, we propose a replacement with the same profile within 7 days, up to 2 times per position.
Key service conditions
- Contracts of 4 to 24 months, with no minimum term and no automatic renewal.
- The initial payment covers the first month plus the deposit, which covers the last month and is non-refundable.
- Refund of the first month during the 15 days after the initial payment (the deposit is non-refundable).
- Direct hiring of the professional outside the service is not contemplated.

What languages do the professionals speak?
Native Spanish and professional English. We verify the English level during selection, and the client can check it in the interview.
What hours do they work?
European hours, or with broad overlap with the client’s working day, as agreed with the team. The time difference with Latin America is 4 to 7 hours.
How does invoicing work?
Monthly payments in advance, invoiced by Logic Solutions, a Spanish company: EU invoices in euros, with VAT or intra-community exemption depending on the country.
What if a profile does not fit?
During their first 15 days we replace them with another candidate with the same profile within 7 days, at no recruitment cost and up to 2 times per position, and manage the handover so the project does not stall.
Who does the professional have a contract with?
With Logic Solutions. The client signs a services contract with our Spanish company, and each professional works with us as an independent contractor; we manage that relationship.
How fast can a team start?
Once the contract is signed and the initial payment is completed, we present candidates within 48–72 hours. The professional starts at least 7 days after contracting.
